Pilling is a natural process with wool and cashmere and can occur in areas exposed to friction. Remove pills with a wool comb or clothes shaver.
Hand wash with a gentle wool detergent in water below 30°C. Turn inside out, submerge, and gently squeeze. Do not wring or stretch. Rinse carefully, then press out excess water with a towel. Reshape and dry flat. Do not tumble dry or hang to dry.
